   Companies like UPS, DHL, FedEx that ship internationally prepare the ETGB.
4. Register with the ETGB system
   Customs procedures are completed by the cargo company. The ETGB printout is delivered to you.
5. Apply for VAT refund
   You can get a VAT refund by applying to your financial advisor with the ETGB document.
